About us
About you
As a made-to-measure specialist in Amsterdam, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You guide them from the initial conversation until their outfit is ready, and beyond. You ask the right questions, advise on fabrics and style details, and make sure every client feels understood.
The role extends beyond the boutique. You are a natural networker who builds new relationships, nurtures existing ones and represents Michael & Giso authentically throughout the city. You notice opportunities others overlook and know how to turn them into lasting connections.
Profile
• Experience in the luxury or hospitality sector
• Experience with made-to-measure and fittings is an advantage
• Strong in active acquisition and networking
• Focused on creating an exceptional client experience
• A team player who thinks in terms of ‘we’ and brings others along
• Takes ownership, identifies issues and proposes solutions
• Proactive and decisive—prefers acting early to acting too late

• Salary between €3,500 and €4,500 per month, depending on experience, excluding bonus
